Porsche was losing potential buyers before they ever spoke to a dealer.

The problem was architectural: configuring a car on the dealer website redirected users to a different domain entirely. A different environment, a different URL, a different brand context. For a buyer already navigating the complexity of their first electric vehicle purchase, that moment of disorientation was enough to close the tab.

We redesigned the dealer website experience to eliminate the redirect entirely. The configurator, the charging infrastructure map, the BEV information architecture — all brought inside the dealer environment where the relationship with the customer actually lived.
